What delivery options do you offer?
Free Shipping Worldwide from 50 $ (excludes any exceptional promotions made on single products) !
From across the border to around the globe, we'll get it there for you!
The delivery time is usually 8 - 17 business day in the US and Europe, and 15 - 21 business day for the other countries (exceptional promotions like free products can take longer to arrive).
However, some products can take longer to arrive due to high demand.
If you are in a rush to get your order, please chose the premium shipping to get your product faster.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal. If you have problems placing an order online please email us and we’ll do our best to help you.
How do I reset my password?
If you can't remember your password, we'll need to reset that for you. Simply click here

Can I cancel my order?
Under the consumer protection you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must inform us in writing by sending an email at [email protected]
. Please note that orders may only be canceled within 24 business hours of being placed, provided they have not already begun the shipping process.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.
Can I track the status of my order?
When you place an order, we will email you in the next days to let you know when it has been dispatched, and we will send your the tracking number
once the order has been shipped.
What happens if no one's in when my parcel's being delivered?
You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office.
Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for the UK.
What do I do if my order is missing?
If you have not received your order within 5 weeks of the date on which you ordered them then please notify us by email at
email@example.com within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, Crypto Millionnaire reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can always return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Your delivery charge will be refunded if your product was damaged or defective. If not, the shipping costs are at your charge.
Please allow us 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund. All the returning products and containers will be inspected and must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Will my original postage costs be refunded?
Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.
